These minis croque-monsieur are part of my oldest childhood memories. My mother use to prepare those bites on fall mornings when we had been good boys the day before! ( Which didn’t happend often, to be honest ) Nothing extravagant but so conforting!

Ingredients
- 6 slices of whole wheat bread
- 12 bacon slices, cut in 4 lengthwise
- Processed cheese product Le P’tit Crémeux (or Cheez Whiz)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 400°F.
- Spread a good quantity of Cheezwhiz™ on one side of the bread then cut in 4 squares.
- Drop a slice of bacon on top ( or more if you have too much ) and put on a cooking sheet.
- Cook in the oven for about 25 minutes or until bacon is cooked and bread is well grilled! Eat immediately!
