- A 500g Camembert cheese, unpacked
- 1/4 cup half-salted butter, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped very finely
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped very finely
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped very finely
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped very finely
- 1/4 teaspoon Provence herbs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced very finely
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Bread croutons

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place the butter in a bowl and let soften for 10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper and mix well to form a paste.
- Place the cheese in a baking dish and spread the mixture on top.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, until the center is melting. Serve with bread croutons!
