Ingredients
- 2x 227g Pillsbury crescent dough, reduced in fat
- 500g Jarlsberg cheese in thin slices
- 250g maple ham in thin slices
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Poppy seeds
- Pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 375°F.
- Open the crescent dough packs the delicately remove from the packaging. Unroll gently and place on a floured working surface. Slightly roll down with a rolling pin and leave the rectangle form!
- Spread the ham and the cheese then season with pepper to taste. You have 2 options here : you can either roll the smaller side up for medium size bites (like on the picture) or you can roll the long side up which will make smaller bites. One sure thing, roll it up tightly!
- Cut in 1.5 / 2 cm thick slices then place on a cooking tray.
- In a bowl, add the butter, mustard and maple syrup then stir well. Pour on the rolls, garnish with poppy seeds to taste and place in the oven. Cook for about 15 minutes or until the dough is nicely golden! Give the tray a 180° rotation halfway.

Our sommeliers suggest
Coteau Rougemont Bulles Rosé Framboise cidre pétillant aromatisé
I am usually not a fan of flavoured ciders... But here is an exception that breaks the rule! Crisp accents of raspberry for an amazing result!

La Blonde de l'Anse, Pit Caribou
This delicate lager beer with notes of cereal and bread will support the croissant dough to make room for the taste of ham and cheese of the wraps! A crispy beer for a crispy pairing.
