Lobster pizza

  • 1 fresh pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 cup leaks, white part only, finely sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Olive oil
  • 10 uncooked shrimps, peeled
  • 10 uncooked scallops
  • 150ml 15% cooking cream
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh parsesan, grated
  • The meat of 2 fresh lobsters, cooked in salty boiling water for 10 minutes, coarsly chopped. ( Try to keep the meat of the claws intact, for presentation! )
  • Garlic salt
  • 5 white mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups sharp old cheddar, grated
  • Ground pepper
  • Big handful fresh parsley, coarsly chopped



  • Preheat the oven at 500°F.
  • Roll dough and put on a cooking pan greased with butter or margarine. You can also use a pizza stone or a screen to cook it.
  • In a pan at medium heat, cook 1 cup of leaks and the garlic in a drizzle of olive oil. Stir and cook for about 4 minutes.
  • Add the shrimps with scallops and cook for another 3 minutes. Season with ground pepper.
  • Throw in the cream and simmer at medium heat. Add 1/2 cup of parmesan. Reduce cream until a nice thickness which is not too thick but not too runny neither. Remove from heat.
  • Except for the beautiful claws, add the lobster meat and mix with the delicious sauce.
  • On the pizza dough, add a small drizzle of olive oil and rub it all over with your hands. Sprinkle it with garlic salt and don’t forget the crust sides!
  • Add the lobster mix on the pizza and spread it evenly. Add the mushrooms then sprinkle the remaining fresh leaks on top. Garnish with the lobster claws.
  • Spread the cheese on top of it all and season with pepper! Cook in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden crisp! Garnish with a handful of fresh parsley and serve immediately! I MEAN RIGHT NOW! What are you waiting for?
