  • 275 g fresh ginger, cut into chunks
  • Juice of 6 large lemons, about 1 cup (250 ml)
  • 2 cups (500 ml) water
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) turmeric powder, about 30 g de curcuma en poudre, environ 30 g

Preparation

  • Add the ginger, lemon juice, water, and turmeric to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes, until completely smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag, pressing well to extract as much liquid as possible.
  • Transfer to a bottle or airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Serve cold, in small shot-sized portions.
