Ingredients for the kiwi mojito

  • 2 oz – White rum
  • ¾ oz – Simple syrup
  • ¾ oz – Fresh lime juice
  • 1 – Kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 8 to 10 – Fresh mint leaves
  • Sparkling water

Preparation

  • Using a muddler, gently crush the mint and kiwi in a shaker.
  • Add ice and shake all the ingredients except the sparkling water.
  • Double strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
  • Top with sparkling water, then serve.
