These Genoa salami chicken fingers are simple but will explode in your mouth. The chicken is spicy as can be and the genoa salami adds a too perfect salty touch. Plus with the little spicy mayo, this recipe will definitely be a hit!

Our sommeliers suggest
Domaine Sérol Éclat de granite Côte Roannaise 2021
Vallée de la Loire, France
Produced by Domaine Serol, this Côte Roannaise appellation wine is made from 100% Gamay. With notes of black and pink pepper, small field strawberries and purple flowers, it is mineral and bright. Its tannins are soft and very light, and its acidity is very nice and balanced. Easy to drink, it will be hyper interesting with this dish. See the product
Beach Royale, 10.3%
La Souche
A strong, tangy beer with lots of cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant, this beer will offer you straightforward tannic and fruity notes. The blackcurrant is pleasant in the company of garlic and salami, but this surprising combination will be effective! Be careful though, it hides a high percentage of alcohol! See the product
