Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. Cursed beer
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 large clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. mild smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving, to allow the flavours to blend well.
