Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 ml) tightly packed fresh cilantro, stems included
  • ½ cup (125 ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) water, plus more as needed
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp (2.5 ml) salt, or more to taste
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime

Preparation

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust the texture with a little water if needed. Taste and adjust seasoning. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
