Ingredients for my meal prep chicken

  • 2.5 kg boneless chicken thighs, not overly trimmed
  • Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon & fine herbs seasoning
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika & herbes de Provence
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper

Preparation

  • Place the chicken thighs in a large mixing bowl and drizzle generously with olive oil.
  • Add the lemon & fine herbs seasoning, smoked paprika, herbes de Provence, and garlic powder, then season generously with salt and pepper. Mix well using your hands to coat the chicken evenly.
  • Preheat the barbecue to maximum heat and oil the grates.
  • Grill the chicken for 12 to 15 minutes, turning as needed, until fully cooked but still very juicy inside.
  • Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken and portion it into airtight containers according to your needs.
