These Brussels sprouts with bacon and maple will make a bad starter! DO NOT EAT! We agree that anything wrapped in bacon will be a winner. Yes, the sausages are good, but I like this version (semi) healthier. Happy holidays, you crazy people!

Ahhh the sun in the bottle ... and bio moreover. It comes from a beautiful country, Greece. The nose is reminiscent of red berries, such as fresh strawberry, with a small floral tip. A wine of thirst, fresh, digestible ... To drink both feet on the couch or in family with these small Brussels sprouts!

Matured bock in freshly emptied oak barrels, it will find nice notes of toasted, vanilla, maple and cooked sugar. Its aromas of grilled and caramel will resonate with bacon, maple and roasted Brussels sprouts. The slight bitterness of the beer will recall that of the grilled cabbage. At 9.5% of alcohol, be careful !
