Air fryer salmon with honey and mustard

  • 500 g salmon fillet, skin on, cut lengthwise into 4 pieces
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix the honey, mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Generously brush the salmon with the mixture on all sides.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon, until golden and flaky.
