  • 1 ½ lb (680 g) baby potatoes, washed, dried and cut in half
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) garlic powder
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) dried rosemary
  • ½ tsp (2.5 ml) paprika
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
  • ⅛ tsp (0.5 ml) ground black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer for 3 to 5 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, coat the baby potatoes with olive oil. Add the garlic powder, rosemary, paprika, salt and black pepper. Mix until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil and place the potatoes in a single layer. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes at 400°F (200°C). Shake the basket or stir the potatoes halfway through cooking.
  • Check for doneness by piercing a potato with a fork. If needed, continue cooking in 2-minute intervals until the potatoes are tender inside and the skin is golden and crispy outside.
  • Remove the potatoes from the basket, garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite main dish.
