This dip is the kind of dish you put right in the middle of the table and it’s gone in 10 minutes flat. No matter where you bring it, people will dive right in. I promise. It’s the perfect appetizer for entertaining: make a big batch, set it on your nicest serving plate in the center of a charcuterie board with some marinated feta with olives and herbs<\/a>, burrata, fresh tomatoes, Castelvetrano olives, assorted charcuterie and grilled pita bread. It’s absolutely incredible, and it’ll surprise everyone at the table.<\/p>\n

I love feta, I love pistachios (even if they’re pricey, totally worth it) and with fresh mint, you’ve got a Mediterranean combo that really packs a punch. The creamy, salty feta blends with the pistachios that bring the nutty crunch and the colour, fresh mint wakes everything up with its vibrant herby note, and the roughly chopped garlic gives just enough punch without taking over. Five ingredients only, no weird stuff and no diluting with yogurt. Pure feta in all its glory.<\/p>\n
