Ici, on prend du b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 local<\/strong>, qu\u2019on parfume de bi\u00e8re et de fromage bleu bien punch\u00e9. On ajoute des oignons caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s \u00e0 la bi\u00e8re<\/strong>, un filet de sauce sucr\u00e9e-fum\u00e9e maison, et quelques feuilles de roquette bien poivr\u00e9es pour l\u2019\u00e9quilibre.
