Our sommeliers suggest
Altolandon Enrosado Manchuela 2021
Le Plateau (Meseta), Espagne
Produced by Altlandon, this orange wine composed of 100 % gray grenache is characterized by notes of field strawberries, nuclei fruits, cums, pear and green apple. Its acidity is very present and we feel the tannins in the mouth. An orange chord wine, and it will make a very special agreement with this dish. See the product
Pimis, 5.5%
Emporium
Vienna Lager, with cereal notes, toasted and fruity (apricot, cranberry), this red beer of low fermentation will offer a fairly thin body and a moderate bitterness. The grilled and caramelized notes of beer will come to find that of the chicken and especially from its sauce whose sugars will caramelize during cooking. The fruity notes of the beers will be complementary to the aromas of caramel and rum of the recipe. Thirsty beer, she will easily get down between a few wings ... and a rum and coke! See the product
