I love working with Unibroue, their beers are just too perfect! Here, I have concocted you a solid blueberry beer milkshake with their new Blanche de Chambly Bleuet. The perfect drink to refresh you this summer!

Ingredients

  • 473 ml Blanche de Chambly Bleuet beer by Unibroue (or any other blueberry beer)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups Coaticook Marbled Caramel Ice Cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Whipped cream

Preparation

  • In the container of a mixer, put the beer and mix for 2 minutes to remove as much carbon dioxide as possible.
  • Except for the whipped cream, add the rest of the ingredients and puree. Pour into glasses and top generously with whipped cream!
