What I love about my beef chili recipe recipe is that it is extremely simple and that you can freeze it. I love eating it in quesadillas with lots of cheese!

Ingredients

Preparation

  • On a working surface, place a tortilla and spread 1/2 cup chili on one half only. Add 1/2 cup cheese then close. Press lightly to compact. Do the same for the rest of the tortillas.
  • In a big pan at medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and move the pan to spread the oil. Cook the tortillas for 3-4 minutes or until golden. Carefully flip and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes once again.
  • Cut in half then serve with sour cream and salsa. Serve with a nice green salad!

Our sommeliers suggest
Rutini Cabernet-Sauvignon / Malbec 2012
With this type of meal, we need a strong and comforting red. Just like this cabernet and malbec blend with black fruits, liquorice and vanilla aromas! See the product
Mactavish, Trou du Diable
This American pale ale offers notes of caramel, cereal and citrus fruits that will be paired well with stewed meat and chili spices. The slight bitterness and residual sugar will balance with the spicy taste of chili. See the product
